Marketing Content Strategy Lead, ITHAKA
Giovanni Garcia-Fenech is responsible for developing ITHAKA's content marketing strategy, as well as standards and guidelines to enable the work of others.
Previously, Giovanni was Artstor's Online Content Manager and Copywriter, managing the editorial process for the creation of marketing and training materials, and overseeing Artstor's social media presence, including the Artstor Blog.
Prior to joining Artstor, Giovanni was the communications director for The Armory Show, an international art fair in New York, where he was responsible for media relations and marketing materials, and managed media relations for its sister fairs in Chicago and Toronto. He has written about art and other cultural topics for websites and publications such as artnet.com, artforum.com, artinamerica.com, hyperallergic.com, Metropolis, and wired.com.
Giovanni received an MFA from the School of Visual Arts and BA's in psychology and art from Austin College. His artwork has been exhibited throughout the United States, as well as in Iceland and the Netherlands.
