The primary focus of this role will be to support the Outreach and Participation Services department by fulfilling requests for reports for both internal and external consumption, as directed by the Analytics Manager.

In coordination with the regional teams, the Outreach Associate will help manage institutional participation interest within the region for all products and services and all communities (e.g. higher education, secondary schools,  government  and non-profits, corporate and for-profit, public libraries). 

As our Design Intern, you will report to the Senior Visual Design and work side-by-side with professionals, participate in real-world assignments, and present work internally on real projects.

We are seeking a creative professional to lead the visual design and user experience for Artstor’s Digital Library and Shared Shelf products. You will also play a lead role within the Design/UX team and across the ITHAKA organization championing the value of design and putting in place frameworks for the design team to help us set the bar for quality design in the education community. This job can be located at either our Ann Arbor, MI or New York, NY offices.

The Quality Assurance (QA) team is a dynamic and flexible group. For us to achieve our mission and continue to positively impact the education of people everywhere, we need to build and embrace technology that supports constant innovation to delight our users.  To this end, QA is responsible for ensuring product and methods quality for all new development initiatives. We do this by emphasizing continuous process improvement, user focus, and defect prevention/detection. Our QA Automation Engineers are responsible for feature/function validation while also driving the development and maintenance of automated test suites in a Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Delivery (CD) environment.
