As a marketing intern, you will be based in our New York office and you will be engaged  with  all facets of marketing from digital marketing to product and design. Our interns are an integral part of our Institutional Marketing Team’s audience development work. We’ll be relying on you to research faculty members for important quarterly marketing campaigns both within and outside of the United States, and to update information that lives within our customer relationship management (CRM) database and that is relied on by our team and colleagues throughout our organization. You will also be involved with various projects, including email, display advertising, demand generation, and product marketing.

The Shared Shelf Product Specialist will lead efforts to increase purchase and use of Shared Shelf, an enterprise-wide media management solution developed by Artstor that enables educational institutions and faculty members to catalog, manage, preserve, and share their digital collections.

You will be based in our New York office and be part of the Outreach & Participation Services team who has responsibility for licensing Artstor, JSTOR, and Portico products and services to  educational institutions worldwide. Your goal will be to increase the number of institutions utilizing Shared Shelf through direct outreach to key decision-makers, from introduction through the buying lifecycle, as well as by serving as an internal product specialist, helping other members of the Outreach & Participation Services team to develop strategies to generate leads, track and support the closing of new business, and support existing Shared Shelf participants.

The Quality Assurance (QA) team is a dynamic and flexible group. For us to achieve our mission and continue to positively impact the education of people everywhere, we need to build and embrace technology that supports constant innovation to delight our users.  To this end, QA is responsible for ensuring product and methods quality for all new development initiatives. We do this by emphasizing continuous process improvement, user focus, and defect prevention/detection. Our QA Automation Engineers are responsible for feature/function validation while also driving the development and maintenance of automated test suites in a Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Delivery (CD) environment.

The Senior Institutional Participation Coordinator (IPC), K12 & Secondary Schools is a new position and will be based in the New York office.  The position will report to the Manager, Institutional Participation, U.S./Canada.  The position will collaborate with ITHAKA’s Associate Vice President and Vice President of Outreach.  As the Senior IPC, K12 & Secondary Schools, you will share responsibility for expanding JSTOR and Artstor Digital Library participation within the U.S. (K12) and global secondary school community.  This position will require some travel (less than 10%) and will demand a self-motivated, flexible, organized team player who thrives in an environment of constant change.
